Now brotheren I know this is a traditional smoking/ grilling website however I need some help! Turkey breast should I smoke it or inject it with texas pete and butter and fry it? Ive had fried and love it but have never had smoked turkey and also have never cooked it that way have a lot of people coming over for easter!

It's not a good idea to try something new when you have guests coming over. Too much pressure :)

Personally, I don't like smoked turkey. I would rather roast it in the Egg or Weber Kettle at about 325 until the breast meat hits 155 then tent and rest. Smoking it leaves you with rubbery skin.

Like Ron said, don't try something new that you're not sure about when you have guests coming,do it the way you feel the most comfortable with, you can always experiment later.

Thanks guys I was thinking on that level... looks like shes getting dropped in fried goodness!
