Here's my problem, I want to smoke a turkey for the holidays but don't know which would be the best rout to take. Should I go with doing it on UDS or should I go with my webber 22.5 kettle with a rotisserie set up. By the time it will be cold here in western PA. So I ask you all what would be the best way to go?

For me, it depends on when dinner is... late dinner means I smoke the turkey at lower temps... earlier, I don't want to get up at 5 am, so I do it at higher temps.

This year, I'm going to smoke for a while, then finish in a Big Easy oilless infrared frier.
