Rainy day here in Kentucky but that's not gonna stop me. Found an awesome looking 3 LB tomahawk ribeye at Sam's. I'm getting the trusty dewalt drill to put a whole in the bone. I plan on hanging it in my trusty PBC. Seasoning it heavily with Meat Church Holy Gospel rub. Stuff is great on everything! What's everyone's favorite way to cook a tomahawk?
