I will admit that I sometimes (though rarely) sauce my ribs. I did two racks of spares over the weekend with two different sauces. No pictures means no evidence. Good for you being brave enough to post. They look awesome!

I'm a dry ribber too but once in a while i'll brush on some homemade sauce...not typically store bought bbq sauce (yuck) Looks good to me, smoke on!

I've just been scraping mine off at the next smoke. Color means character in my book!

My wife is pressuring me to sauce her ribs, as I've been making them dry recently...I think there may be a joke or two in there.
