Thanks for the kind words one an all. It was a lot of fun to make and even more so to eat. Looking forward to cooking the other half next month for father in-laws birthday.

One thing I noticed. the big end had a larger more pronounced spinalis which was fantastic. The last cut on the big end had less spinals but the eye was more tender . Will be interesting to see what the small end it is like.
