It's taken me forever post. I've always wanted to do a prime rib but never had the courage as the price is so high.


I cooked on the smoker and it turned out fantastic! Highly recommend buying the whole roast for anyone considering in the future. The marbling of the whole roast was easily twice as good as the ones that Costco precut.

Looks great. I really think it is one of the easiest cuts of meat to cook, but worrisome due to the cost. I good digital thermometer is all that needed.
