How much heat did the peppers ad? I'm having company and they are not big fans of hot peppers.

I used mostly mild Hatch green chili for the whole pieces, so not to bad at all, but the salsa was made with medium it had a little kick. I'd say stick withe the mild Norm and you should be fine

That's what I bought and figured I'd be okay using them. I put some Thai chili peppers in a wok recipe and thought I'd killed them! They were hot though...
