Day drinking with friends, watching the Bears lose again. Happened to mention I made my chili last night and we were off to the house to finish watching the Cowboys probably lose. Threw a few salt crusted taters on the Joe, topped with a big ladle of chili. Slight smokey flavor to the taters, may try that again.
