I'm all excited about building my UDS and sandblasting her this weekend. Now I can't wait to progress to something...bigger. Lots to learn. MAN ALIVE that is flipping amazing. Glad it turned out well. Can't wait to see the results of your cook on that beast.

Mostly crawfish boils. We eat a lot of crawfish. Some other seafood boils/crab steams as well.

She is seasoned up and running better than I could dream. I got it to 350 cause I kept wanting to add sticks. Perfect left to right balance. Perfect blue smoke. Perfect everything!!
