Nice cook, one of my favorite cuts of meat, although I usually skip the crown part
 
Not that I'm taking issues with your cook. I would have loved to have been there for it. Looks great. The $100 might have got me going though. You only frenched half way down. Yes you pulled the membrane but that fatty muscle part below the loin is normally trimmed off. Just saying.
 
Crown Roast are really awesome to cook out on the Q
