How long do you boil the sauce?

You don't boil the sauce!!!! Check the post, DO NOT BOIL. :p According to Phil, the sauce is ready in about twenty minutes or so, without boiling!!! Which I have done before. This time around I let the meatballs cook in the sauce for about an hour.
 
I am! That's why there was extra, extra garlic in there. Don't think those Eye-talians like garlic as much as us Polaks. :p

There a great Polish restaurant here if you ever make it out this way. My treat.
