How long do you boil the sauce?

You don't boil the sauce!!!! Check the post, DO NOT BOIL. According to Phil, the sauce is ready in about twenty minutes or so, without boiling!!! Which I have done before. This time around I let the meatballs cook in the sauce for about an hour.

I am! That's why there was extra, extra garlic in there. Don't think those Eye-talians like garlic as much as us Polaks.

There a great Polish restaurant here if you ever make it out this way. My treat.
