Saigon 21 chicken review.I direct grilled some chicken tenderloins on the BGE today.They were marinated in Kikoman’s Teriyaki overnight.Liberally applied Saigon 21.It was tastee.To do the rub justice I am going to marinate some boneless,skinless thighs in the seasoning and some oil only to try and replicate the Jah Love Jerk seasoning marinade.The teriyaki may have overwhelmed the Saigon 21.Mike was generous enough to share his new seasoning,the least I can do is try it several different ways.Thanks Mike.I love the other rubs I have purchased from you.

Thanks, Hoss! I think you'll find the teriyaki was probably getting in the way of the full flavor experience from the Saigon 21 by itself. I'm excited to hear about your thoughts when you try it all by itself.
