Roast Beast +

Started out Christmas with a sunrise walk by the beach without much sun

Then out for a little breakfast

First on was 12 lbs of rib roast which I cut in half so I could have one come out medium and one the right wa

Then some bb ribs

I also tried my hand at baking, I will never win the "Christmas Cookie Challenge", thumbprint cookies with poppy seed

And dinner is ready to serve. Along with the meat there was salad, Aunt Avrils mac and cheese, mashed taters, rice and peas and some pizza dough dinner rolls

Like the idea of cutting the roast in half. I have the same problem with my GF.

She likes medium. At least over the last 20 years I've coaxed her off of well done down to medium. Even snuck in a few medium rare mistakes that she didn't object to!

I'll give her an end piece next roast because I didn't buy one big enough to cut.

It's a nice change up to do roast instead of steaks. Yours looked mouth watering.
