whole rib roast injected w/ worchy & rubbed w/ my usual stuff done over skeet & apple taken to 130 & wrapped/rested for an hour.

smoked scalloped tater casserole w/ bacon & crushed garlic/cheese crouton crust on top

g.b. casserole w/ crushed croutons on top

crab stuffed mushrooms w/ 4 cheesse italian blend & spritzed w/ guinness stout

sure-here ya go.


here's the stuffing mixture-amounts are up to you

minced garlic
3 color peppers(red yellow orange)
celery
onion
scallions
2 cups chix broth
1 bag of breadcrumbs or 1 bag or garlic/cheese croutons semi crushed.
canned crab meat(2 cans per bag of stuffing)
mince all veggies in food processor
sautee in white wine & butter w/ a dash of evoo
add in broth(bring to a boil),crab, & bread crumbs
mix everything until uniform & cover off heat for 5-10 minutes.

arrange in c.i. skillet
sprinkle on 4 cheese blend & spritz w/ guinness stout.
smoke until cheese is melted or in oven on broiler setting for browning the cheese.
