Phubar's Lamb T-bones and Couscous Pron

Marinated the lamb chops in Turkish lamb herbs,Phresh garlic and rozemary,olive oil and white wine vinigar.

Couscous was soaked in bacon grease and smoked wildboar bouillon.
Added some smoked onion,smoked tomato,Phresh parsley,bacon,drunken raisins,red pepper Phlakes,salt,pepper.

Also made a chickpea tomato salad...

Haven't had lamb in a while, but I always love it when I cook it. :thumb:
