-starter egg sauce in a Philo dough cup with smoked shrimps,stuPhed tomato and stuPhed shroom (Padawan)

-main course wildboar spine with smoked potato/chickory/egg puree (Phubar)

-dessert chocolate/caramel cup Philled with cheesecake and cherry/Coebergh sauce on a bed of crumble.....and Hennessey coPhee (Dennessey)
