Hello All,
Just got done with a BBQ cooking class with Harry Soo from Slap Yo Daddy BBQ and got re-motivated to step up my cooking game. Have been smoking since 2008 when I bought a Traeger after realizing I can't screw up too much when slow cooking. Besides the Traeger I have a Primo XL and thinking about picking up a Weber Smokey Mountain to add to the arsenal. Also like cooking with cast iron over the open fire while camping.
Looking forward to checking out the Brethren site and getting to know my way around.
