Did you know there is a Throwdown going on? Probably should have named this the Asian Sticky Rib throwdown. :loco:
Started out with some loin backs marinated overnight in some Porkmafia Sweet Pink.
Has beet juice powder in it, gave it a nice red hue. Can probably also use some Char-Sui marinade, although that will make them neon pink.
Couple coats of Porkmafia Memphis Mud, my go to rib rub and onto the Big Joe. Was cruising along at about 250.
Almost ready.
Gave it a couple coats of Asian Garlic Sticky sauce.
Plated up with some Asian Slaw. Delicious change of pace.
