Chicken leg quarters rubbed in Oak Ridge Secret Weapon. Cooked at 425 raised indirect with peach smoke.

The skin came out nice and crispy, and the Oak Ridge rub is just killer.

It was a great lunch! :-D

I was definitely in the mood for something quick and easy......and these quarters came out great!

Now, I have to make sure I save some for my wife when she gets home later this evening. :grin:

Those are some awesome looking chicken quarters! I've had a brisket on for 7 hours Just got done eating a Snack size portion of brisket (thinnest part of the flat I cut from the brisket) and leg quarters myself =D
