Smoked Chicken Thighs on the pellet pooper

Smoked Chicken Thighs on my daughter's pellet pooper.

Rubbed with mayo, and seasoned with Oakridge Secret Weapon, Oakridge Santa Maria, and Oakridge Game Bird and Chicken. Absolutely the best seasonings for chicken.

I also put in a ham for double-smoked ham tonight.
