Yesterday we picked up some lamb blade chops cheap. Today they hit the grill. (One package anyway. Have to save the other for my son when he visits.)

The before shot. 2 blade chops seasoned with Montreal Steak. 12 ounce bag of frozen Asparagus spears from Aldi's, thawed and seasoned with Lemon Pepper. Half a dozen left over Baby Bellas with EVOO and S&P.

All that goodness on the grill.

Mmmmm, rare lamb. And oh so tender.

Did I mention the lamb was cheap?

I figured out the per plate cost at around $3.50 each. Cheaper than McVomits!

Everything looks perfect Hofy! Great looking feast!!:-D

G'DAY Hofy.

Those blade lamb chop have another name. In Australia, they are seriously called a "Lamb BBQ Chop". Anyway, these chops are just perfect for a nice quick grill as you've executed here to perfection!

Congratulations!
