G'Day Bruces'
I tell ya the weather in Melbourne has been so cr@p for so long it's killing me. We are 2 days from summer solstice and we are only now getting some warmth. Never seen the like of it.
So anyways, last 2 days it's been warm enough to take advantage of it so I'm basically living in my shed.
Threw some round bone lamb chops on the flat top. These were seasoned with a local rub: Salt, Garlic and Lemon Myrtle being the main elements. This is fantastic for lamb.
Made a quick salad with this very famous dressing / marinade thingy.
Plated:
Carnage: Very nice dinner in the shed. That dressing is pretty good.
The Huusk Knife has found it's place. It's a steak knife.
