We've been a big fan of Lefty's seasoning for the past few years and I've posted a few cooks using it, though I haven't cooked it on the grill yet.

We haven't found a better chicken batter then Lefty's. It's also great for onion rings as well!

Thanks, Moose. I'll have to give that technique a try.

Next up for me will be using this on fish, perhaps Cod, Flounder, Pollock or Scrod. I'm sure it'll be as good as it is on the chicken.
