Greetings everyone,

I am glad to be accepted into the community. I'm from Essex County, New Jersey and I love food. I love food, fun and people. I have lived in the city all of my life, but I love everything related to outdoors, hunting, fishing, farming, planting, etc. Problem is, I still live in the heart of the largest city in New Jersey. Irony!

I'm beginning my BBQ journey this week. I've gathered most of the parts to build a grill from a 55 Gallon remanufactured drum. That's what initially led me to this forum, but I'm glad it wasn't what made me want to stay.

Glad to be here!! Ready to learn and experience new methods/foods.
