How about your barbecue sauce?

1 part Blues hog original
1 part Blues Hog Tennessee Red
1 Tablespoon of Brown Mustard
1 tablespoon of Gochujang
A few drops of Lime Juice

Or sometimes just Bullseye or some combination of all that.

50/50 mix of Blues Hog original and TN Red
Dinosaur BBQ’s Wango Tango is really good for a more vinegar based sauce with heat
Blues Hog’s Rasberry Chipotle is great on apps like moinks
and Salt Lick as more a steak sauce on something like a flank steak

1/2 Bullseye Original + 1/2 Sweet Baby Ray + thinned out with Red Wine Vinegar to taste .... depending how much vinegary taste I want that day. Not used for Pulled Pork finishing sauce...

Been using 1/2 blues hog red and 1/2 blues hog smoky mountain lately and like it on ribs

I keep buying different brands every time I go to the store, so I don't recall which is my favorite.

I guess the search continues....

Family likes Head Country so it's the most used here. I like Blues Hog.

Homemade

We have a recipe for using Wickers, turns out great if you like sauce.

If we prefer a Lexington style sauce that day, we just add in some Georges Original.

Truthfully we're not big sauce people, the BBQ we make really doesn't require it. But occasionally it hits the spot.

Gates original....on Brisket and ribs
Sweet Baby Rays...on Chicken and burgers

I absolutely despise sweet baby rays. If I'm going cheap grocery store bbq sauce it's open pit.

I have pretty much settled on kosmos competition for most meat and shack sauce for pork. I'll make my own occasionally if I want a different flavor profile.
