What the.....????

For crying out loud, everyone knows that a real bowl of Texas Red allows only kidney beans. No LIMA! If you want to be avant garde like those TexArakana's you can stretch things a bit and use pinto's, but lima beans? Sheesh.

BTW midnight chili might be a good turn in time for the late arrivers...

BTW...chili is (almost) never overdone! Under done...never overdone unless it's nuked!
