Help for dover cbj class

Next Sat we are holding a CBJ class at Dover Downs, Dover, DE IT looks like all of the help has disappeared. IF anyone can come help we have 6 tables of students and no table captains. We will need the help from roughly 10:30 to 1. We have 2 folks working the kitchen, that means they will need to put together 18 boxes per category, and it seems timing will be tough for 2 people to do that.
