Good morning. My name is Aaron. I stumbled onto this forum after searching for some tips on using my new Blackstone. So glad to have found y’all! Time to dig in and start reading. I tend to do as low and slow as I can with the Weber I have at home, but every once in a while I get to use an offset at work to feed my coworkers.
