Hello all.

I'm somewhat new que but I'm working hard to come up to speed.

I read 125 or so pages of the UDS string before making my first (but not last) UDS this past weekend. It was easy going thanks to all the sage advice of you masters.

I'm taking a judging class near Boston on May 1 and after enjoying the Troy Pig Out for the past couple years I'll be competing as third man on "General Joe's BBQ" this July.

I've made brisket my mission and I'm looking forward to christening my UDS this weekend with the next in my series of experiments.
