• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Chicken looks good.
This is definitely the season for fresh asparagus. Too early for local corn, but grocery corn can sometimes be good.
Try laying asparagus and corn diagonally across the grates so they don't roll down. I know it can be tricky, but vegetables cooked over fire are so much better.

Your meal sounds like a real winner! Chicken and asparagus are such a classic combo, especially this time of year. I totally agree with your grilling tip - keeping those veggies from rolling around can be a game-changer. Plus, there's something about that smoky flavor that just elevates everything.

Speaking of grilling, if you're looking for more expert advice and tips on healthy meal prep, I recently stumbled upon CooksCrafter.com. They've got some fantastic nutritional tips and even pointers on food preservation for daily cooking. It's been a game-changer for me in the kitchen lately. Definitely worth checking out!

I really like Zatarain's I use a few of their products and my favorite is their spanish rice. I just add a small can of chili peppers.
