Thanks everybody! I really liked the chicken rub. Have used it on several things just to give it a taste test. Now I am keeping some of it in a shaker bottle next to my salt and pepper. lol

Made those potatoes to go with Ribs last night. I used rotel and bacon crumblins. Maybe leave out the rotel next time, but the bacon is essential.
