First weekend in a long while where we have no plans. Unphortunately, will probably have some paperwork to do over the weekend, but planning on a prime tri-tip Saturday. Summer is being it's usual cruel selph now with 110+ weather daily. Stay cool and hydrated, beer or otherwise!

Gonna smoke 2 tri-tips till medium rare, remove, slice and sear in pan with onions and poblano peppers and have tacos.
