I could not take all this talk of HDD anymore. Just ordered up a pound as well as the sampler pack. Can not wait to give this a try. :-D

Just had to post this about the HDD. I have been mixing the HDD into fresh avocados for avocado dip. I put a little garlic salt and a squirt of lime in it as well, thats all. Been putting it on toast. The flavor it adds to the avocado is incredible!!! Im sure there are many applications that can be made with the avocados. :-D
