You will need to convert your file to an eps file. I found a company on-line by the name of Luna Logo. They converted my jpeg file to an eps file for a fee of $15.00. Got it back within 24 hrs.
Build-a-sign.com does pretty decent work as far as banners go. They sometimes run special promotions when you can get your banner done for free, and all you pay is shipping. Don't inquire with them on the file conversion. They wanted to charge me $100.00 to do this. Nice work on your banner!
