Got to grill some jerk chicken thighs for supper using my Jah Love, along with some rice and beans. Been looking forward to using it for too long. Had six boneless skinless thighs. Made marinade according to the package, using three tablespoons each of seasoning and coconut oil. I found out that for the family, that was too much spice for only six pieces of chicken. Also had six more in the fridge, so they got cooked with just SP&G. Oops! Oh well. It was very tasty. I will increase the meat ratio next time.
