Not bad. I would be wary about the long sleeves on those. It just might be difficult to get them off withouth making a mess. I have a pair of PVC chemical gloves I got from an Ace Hardware. Works great for handling hot meat and pulling pork.
 
Bought a pair from Bass Pro Shops last night, used with a brisket today. Haven't use them to slice yet (still coolering), but sure made pulling off the rack easy! No problem pulling them off, they are pretty roomy even though I have XL hands.
