This morning I went to my local Ace Hw, and purchased a Weber Genesis EP-330 gasser, two filled propane tanks, an 18.5" WSM and a rapid fire chimney starter. The Ace manager is going to assemble the cookers, fill the tanks, and deliver them to me on Friday.
Now I gotta go shopping for meat and charcoal.

Congrats! I often wish I had a Weber for smaller cooks. It's fun to watch the fire all day, but getting a tanky stick burner fired up is a lot of work for one slab!
