We decided to have burgers for dinner tonight since the temperature was above freezing for once. I decided to make them farking double cheeseburgers for the Farking Double Cheeseburger Throwdown. Since it includes ground meat it also qualifies for the Get Down with the Ground Throwdown.
I started with a pound of 80/20 ground chuck and seasoned it with some Big Poppa Smokers Double Secret Steak Seasoning.
They went out into the Saber grill for about three minutes per side.
Then I added some co-jack cheese to two patties and smoked provolone to the other two and grilled the buns.
Earlier I had fried up some applewood smoked bacon and once the burgers were done I quickly did a couple of fried eggs.
Then it was assembly time...
