I haven't see the 30lb Western lump in a couple years. Maybe they are selling it under the Expert Grill name now. Anyhow, saw it today for $14.88.

Expert Grill 30lb Lump at Walmart.

So, will you be buying and reviewing for us?
I skipped it because I have about 70lbs of lump already but wouldn't you know as soon as I got home I thought, "Man, I should have bought a bag". I'll probably grab a couple bags this weekend. I still have a 30lb bag of Western unopened. I bet they are the same.

Full Fledged Farker
I picked up 2 bags of the charcoal after seeing this thread. Unfortunately I've been raining the day of and every day since. Have yet to break it open. They had other decent deals there too on Kingsford blue bag.
Walmart has a boat load of this charcoal now. Even though I didn't need any I couldn't resist and bought a few bags. I'll probably snag a few more before summer is over. So far I've used it 5 times and no complaints.
