Base layer of herb infused EVO, then chopped garlic, then mozzarella, sauteed mushrooms, finished with a drizzle of truffle oil. Cooked it on the wood fire barrel.
I'll take a couple slices, Tom! Fine looking pie and excellent use of shrooms and shroom derivatives.
Is that a new cooker? Haven't seen that one before...do tell more!
