Base layer of herb infused EVO, then chopped garlic, then mozzarella, sauteed mushrooms, finished with a drizzle of truffle oil. Cooked it on the wood fire barrel.

My old drum smoker I was neglecting so I kinda partially modded it into a 007 type cooker to give that a shot but never really finished it. It is a chicken cooking machine
