cbi you might want to reach out to some of the boat cover companies down at the Ozarks. They make them so moisture can get out and not trapped in like you are wanting. Usually covers are $$ but you wouldn't need near as much material as a boat would. Might be worth a shot.
 
Yet another brilliant idea!!

I'm wondering, of all you out there with smokers, how many of you actually cover them vs leaving out in the elements?
 
Long shot here, but there is place in Merriam, Kansas (just off of Merriam Lane) that deals in upholstery supplies, including large quantities of Marine grade vinyl fabrics. Perhaps if you called them they could direct you to someone who could make you a custom cover.
