I fed about 24 people this year at work. I have a couple pics here from my phone, so the quality sucks(not suposed to have cameras). I cooked a 26 lb. elk shoulder/chuck roast and a 17.5 lb. choice prime rib. After everyone had their fill there was only a cereal bowl full of elk meat left over. Everyone brought a dish and deserts(except for the inmates). It was a awesome meal. Some of the folks who ate had not had a real piece of meat in over 4 years due to incarceration. I saw one man tear up over it.

feeding some one that really appreciates it is so fullfilling, me and my buddies Q for local homeless shelters and halfway houses, my home church outreach buys all the food for us to Q. Tell you what, some of those dudes that were down really know how and Q themselves and can give ya a few tips.
