This year decided to do Christmas dinner on Christmas eve so we could all relax all Christmas day.

Then to the smoker it went 325F for 3 ish hrs at -30F

I picked me up a 7 pounder "Choice" from Costco today to smoke tomorrow. I've never done one before - but we're looking forward to it.
