Ok so I am looking for some advice on pricing. I am doing a very small prime rib dinner for 20 people. I am doing ABT's and hummus with pita points for 2 apps. The prime rib will be smoked and served with a potato dish (similar to twice baked) and grilled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. My wife and I will be serving the food as well.

I am thinking around $30-35/head or $600-700 total. Am I way off base or does that sound reasonable in your market? Thanks!

Thanks for the response Steph. This is for my in-laws family so I don't want to hit them too hard!

Thanks for the replies guys! I just quoted the party at $600 and she said "that is more than reasonable".......damn, should have tried C Rocke's pricing plan! LOL.
