What could be better on St Patrick's Day then some Irish Prime beef ribeyes with CC? Cooked on my WGA with CI grates. Probably my best steak ever.

That looks like a perfect steak in my opinion. Got the char, and it's done just how I like it. Nicely done! :-D
 
Not allowed anymore so sadly, I had to vacuum seal the others and put them in my freezer. :wacko:

You got a stockpile of steaks now! But the real question...do you have a stockpile of beer? :laugh:
 
Wow! Irish cows must lead the good life, till they are turned into steaks that is. First thing that jumped out at me was the marbling

I had never bought Irish beef prior to this but noticed the marbling on the outside of this big chunk of meat. It was pretty good. When I cut it in steaks, the marbling inside was amazing.
