I'd hit those like Bob Brisket on a Sunday! The soy chorizo. Is it partially meat based, or totally composed of soy protein? I used to buy this soy based chili mix that was actually pretty damn good when gussied up, back when I was a starving graduate student.

Thanks deguerre. It is listed as a Vegan acceptable product so I assume there is no meat in it. It tasted great and my wife was happy so I couldn't ask for much more.

Thanks and I had my doubts about it as well. After tasting it and the wife saying to get some, I just had to. If I can get me some chorizo and still keep the wife happy I’m OK with it.
