Another vote here for Harvest Brine. On my most recent order, I placed the order and immediately received a confirmation email which said they'll email me with shipping information.
I received the email with tracking number... 11 minutes after I placed the order. The order arrived at my house 3 days after order.

I will have to try the Harvest Brine on one of my next cooks. In the past I have used Rodelle Gourmet Turkey Brine with good results with a combo of Mango and Apple juice and some additional Kosher salt for about 12 hours then smoke it. Never had any complaints.
