Blackened is the end...Pulled Pork

Cooked on the Wsm for 12 hours unwrapped with oak. It sure is dark but I think it’ll be good once it cools down and is pulled.

Looks tastee to me.Tip.When I cook on my WSM I turn the meat a time or two during the cook to decrease the chances of that hard bark.Yours sure does look good.

Great idea! I’m finally using seasoned wood which upped my game but that’ll help too!
