So I got this sweet new camera. Learning how to use it. Most of the time the pics are badass. Anyhow, 9lb butt, Famous Dave's Rib Rub, no injection this time, in the kettle with blue and a couple sticks of cherry. Finally got my hands on Mom's beans recipe, and the KFC clone slaw recipe. Yes, used light rub, the wife doesnt like bark when it has super caked on rub.
